    If you mean by getting a bunch of people to click your g + I don't think there is any proven method of getting more traffic or better rankings based on this - I have a feeling it will come into play at some point. But kinda linke indyguidedotinfo wrote - add links to your profile and add value to what ever your topic is

    G+ is more like a facebook and Twitter social networking site as these two helps a lot to get better internet marketingc I am sure google+ will also give some benefits to get better traffic. :)
