    Target USA Facebook groups & pages that are related to education and programming. Also I think you can try posting on classified ads like craigslist, olx, backpage, etc.

    I'd recommend tidying up your text. You give country names all in lowercase, sometimes you omit the space after a full stop or a comma. The grammar is appalling. The keyword stuffing is clumsy. Your payment page is weird. I wouldn't be surprised if you'd flunked Google's "is this a real business" test.

    First of all if you are focusing on USA and Canada set the priority country USA in Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools). For the off page process submit your website to local directories, classified sites, review sites of USA and Canada to get specific traffic from those region. Also try to find out local forums and start getting engagement from there also.

    It's very simple. Find the keywords that people in US are searching and write content on them as well. Also check your website ranking and other SEO related stuff on Goolge.US
