How to get traffic from article directories like ezinearticles, hubpages, squidoo etc? I have tonnes of high quality articles on my site.
Just post you article there and spread the word use social media to share your articles more share means more views more views means you have better chance to get quality traffic from your article
Getting traffic from article directories is almost dead these days. From now you have to reply on quality content and social media traffic and quality BL from good sites. If you will get too many article directories link i am sure you will be on Google Hitlist sooner or later. Just search about latest seo terms online and make strategy for your website according to that.
forget about article directories. put good content on your site. people will look at your site for info not an article directory.
Write your own content, don't copy, paste or spin others content... Once your article will be approved... You will get traffic.... Always remember don't write content that you are saling your product.. Just give the information about your product in order to get your article approved by ezine or other famous article websites....
You don't get much traffic from these sites these days. That's because Google has greatly reduced their rankings, which in turn reduced their traffic.
Agreed. Article sites don't rank as high as they used to. They used to be a decent way to get traffic before the days of Panda and Penguin.
Article directories are increasingly obsolete. You mentioned Squidoo, which is not an article directory. It can give you some decent traffic. Squidoo sent me 130 unique visitors last month. That's just a tiny fraction of our total, but it's still 130 visitors that might not otherwise have come. I like Squidoo. It is not a spammy article directory. I recently posted on Squidoo a link to my daughter's new website. Within about 5 minutes my Squidoo link appeared #4 on Google's first page.
just think for yourself... how often do you go to an article directory YOURSELF to find an answer you're looking for??? Real users don't use article directories so your question makes no sense whatsoever.
Write in-depth, high quality, engaging articles for each site (not spun - different articles on the same subject). These should be about 700-1200 words & relevant to your niche. Don't use the same articles that are on YOUR site. Az
But,submitting to Ezine,Sooper articles, Go Articles is still beneficial. I have seen most of Seo Agencies including in their package, however their number is reduced.
Article submission is no more that much effective. Use fresh content on your site instead and promote that through social media and social book marking. High quality content on your site will boost your ranking and increase traffic as well.
Try High Quality and Good traffic having bookmarking sites like reddit, stumbleupon, delicious and diigo. The another option is social media, Join maximum groups relevant to your niche, And post the link with unique and catchy description with #tag to your main keywords.
articles directories can provide good traffic but it take a lot of time to handle this, I work on this job for couple of months and earning results are ok.
Ezinearticles which was the biggest article directory on the internet has lost more than 50% of its readership. Article directories do not hold the same value or traffic generation capabilities they use to a few years ago. A lot has changed. It is a better to submit articles to web 2.0 sites than any of the article directories.
The most important aspect is submitting informative articles in authoritative directories for getting the right results. This is also important to get authoritative backlinks.
