Submit your article to different article directories and also try to avoid submitting the same content to different article directories.

You should ensure that your article is writing following SEO rules, concentrate on keeping proper keyword density in title, description and body, and try to find low quality keywords for better results.

It could be several problems. Where are you publishing these articles? What is your keyword density? Are the articles full of interesting information, or are they a sales pitch? Do you have a catchy title? (unfortunately, you could have the greatest article in the world, but if the title is only so-so, people won't click on it)

Article marketing can be a slow process. It can take awhile before you see any real results from it. That being said, you need to make sure that you're using good SEO techniques, but above all else, you need great content. You need fresh, unique content that's written for readers, not search engines. It needs to stand out against the millions of other articles floating around out there. Give your audience a reason to read your entire article and click on the link. If it's not worth their time, they're not going to do it.

I wrote an article on Ezine and it has got me 60 visitors so far.

Use a compelling author-bio and use a call-to-action in there.

What did you write in the article? Did you give valuable info about your niche?

Your articles should be unique and having your target keywords and should repeat keywords 2-3 time within articles.

    Thanks

It depends on what websites you have submitted your articles to. I suggest you submit articles to some good article websites, such as ezinearticles, articlesbase, isnare, etc.

Ok. Good tread, Lets me explain whole things. Article marketing is really good way to promote site. But first of all you have to consider the popularity of that article directory in which you will submit your article. Most of the directory don't get huge amount of traffic. So first of all you need to collect some very popular article directories like ezinearticles.com, goarticle etc. Ok but the fact is most of the article directories don't have huge amount of loyal traffic. But they still get lots of visitor and most of their visitor comes from search engine. So when you will submit any article in directories you should do some keyword research to get traffic. Actually article submission work best to build link rather than traffic. But if you can provide super quality with good keyword research, i'm sure you will get good traffic. So if you really good want to get traffic to your site with article submission, i'll suggest you to do guest posting in any popular blog in your niche. Because those blog has huge loyal reader and they will surely visit your site if you can provide some thing valuable in your guest post. Thanks
