how to get traffic and like from facebook ?

You won't get traffic or likes from facebook until you have several fans on a page or friends in your friend-list. work on it !

You can purchase likes from sites like Fiverr, if you want to go that route.

 

But I’ve found out you have to be careful doing it that way .You have to make sure the clicks you are buying are good traffic and not bought clicks form a click pool that is set up with any kind of traffic form left over’s freebee seekers. Maybe not even in your niche. But there are some good ones that have click verification and they will keep sending until you get the number of click you ordered.You Just have to get refeances and do your homework.

You can get more likes by joining more groups on facebook and then invite friends to like your page.

you can get free likes by joining one of those Facebook like exchange sites.
