How to get traffic and improve my stuck rankings?

I have been working upon a set of 10 keywords of which 1 is appearing on first page while the rest are almost within rank 60. I am performing off-page like article, PPT, PR submissions and so on including strategies which are must for traffic and backlinks, and still I’m not gaining expected traffic and improvement in ranking. Can any webmaster help me out? Need genuine response!

 

Have you optimized your website for those keywords you are working for, I mean you done your On-Page Optimization perfectly and set, Title, Description, and Content properly?
Article, PR and PPT submission, I don't think it still helps in ranking anymore and helps you to get the quality links. So, try to build links more quality links from authority websites by doing guest blogging or guest posting. I am not saying to not to do the activities are doing. Also, use Internal linking concept, it works. For traffic join forums, help others by sharing useful and fresh information, post on Social Media. Do classifieds to get some traffic to your website.
Infographics, these are helpful.
Broken Link Building, this technique is also helpful to build backlinks to the website.

 

How do you gauge your rank? my website moved from 11m to 9m on alexa rank within 3 days does that indicate that I'm moving in the right direction?

 

Make sure that your website is also optimised with those keywords rather than completely relying on off-page activity.

You can also submit your website URL to Google's search console so that Google can crawl your website easily.
Have robots and sitemaps as well on your website. It will make it easier for the google bots to come and crawl your website/

add content in your web page & maintain keyword density which keyword rank on google. Then create a blog category in your website and post 2 blog in every week. then after check your traffic.... Pls try & revert. I had already used this technique...

 

I think article and PR will work well but still they are not such effective. Thanks for your suggestion! Classified are worth trying.

I Think high authority site guest posting is the better for you. It's can help your ranking and drive more traffic to your site.
