To be honest there is no way to get top rankings in google in 48 hours . None because of the time google takes to update . Now one way to get to top rank in google fast is by working on your backlinking.
If this is possible I'm sure that google will not condone this, as it's probably considered a black hat seo technique. You may get your site banned in the process.

However i might consider myself as lucky, because i managed to get my blog post to be ranked no 2 for certain keywords and and this is happened like 3 times already. My secret, i submit my blog post to Digg and i normally get listed less than 24 hours and my blog almost down because of that.
It's possible to do so for less competitive keywords, but not for the generic ones. The trick is content, backlinks with the right keywords, and authority links.

I was just on another site that offered in 24 hours looks like competition. Site got banned and spammed on this other forum. Momma always told me if it's to good to be true theres usually some wrong doing going on!
