    In this case, may be your PR is treat. Or Google's human control.

    One more additional tip and for me is an important one, your blog niche should be things / topics you are passionate about. Before I had two PR3 sites and 1 PR2 which happened in just weeks also. Here are the niches:

    1) NBA / Basketball - PR3
    2) WWE / wrestling - PR3
    3) Music / MTV - PR2


    Unfortunately, these sites were taken down by Blogger during their August 1st mass blog deletion. I have also submitted a petition to restore them back.

    I don't think that PR can be manipulated. I think you just got PR2 because you have some good backlinks.

    i c few posts asking whether PR2 in 15 days is possible or not. its all about timing actually. if you start working 2 weeks before google PR update, then considering you are getting enough backlinks form PR sites, yes its possible. but if you start a new site right after a major PR update, then you are not seeing any PR on your new site for about 3 months. you will se PR, whatever it is, on the next PR update
