Hi, I was wondering how to get more asian people to our websites? I know that people in China, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia .etc are very active on the internet. Having more people from these regions could increase the revenue. Are there any adprograms targeting these people? I am in the game industry, so even better would be a game advertising program.. Or are there any other ways to get our asian friends to know our sites? Greetings, Matthieu
There are a fair few south east asian countries who have huge firewalls placed on them by their government, this would be why. And there are millions and millions of chinease people and a lot don't speak english.
I already get some nice amounts of visitors from asia. especially from Malaysia and Indonesia. Also get a few from China, but not that much. So I know it is possible. And i think the languages thing is getting less the problem. The world is changing and especially the younger people in asian countries are learning English more and more.

no, i am come from Hongkong , most internet user from hongkong visit the website on chinese language , except youtube , xanga , facebook such big site and about china , there are many websites on china and they don't have to visit english website i am talking about they will visit by themselve without touching any ads

Are you sure about your statement? If you are, I feel that I am very lucky. I stay in Malaysia (a south east asian country) which does not block the Internet up and I am a Chinese which speaks and write English as well.
I speak Indonesian and there are a few social networking sites that are very popular (notably friendster.com). Messenging is popular too so if you can place ads on those networks that'd be great... pm me if you need copy in Indonesian
if you want asian visitor, better you use friendster.com this is social networking that have many person from asia there.
With so many sites and users to hit up in the U.S. Canada and Australia, I don't even bother. But I am always curious on how all this works. It's like, do they have their own little www? heh. I don't know.
