You can get listed if you happen to post a fresh article on your blog and the topic you posted is one of the popular search terms among US Internet users. Google may pull your blog for their trends results. But there is no guarantee that you'd be listed.
It took me about 8 months before google started listing my blog posts. So if you have a new blog, it will be sandboxed for a period of time. The length will depend on what kind of backlinks you get. If you get some super authority sites linking you, the sandbox will be lifted quickly and you'll see your posts there, otherwise it could be a few months.
I can see that most of the posts there are just spinned or got from feeds. And not readable from a human's point of view. How come?
Because most of the posts in RSS / Feeds from Social Bookmarking sites get easily indexed by Google which is a web crawler.
I have a blog that has been listed in Google's Finance website. Three posts were listed in a series. It was about a company that is on the NASDAQ list.
