How to get Thumbnail Image in Google Search Results?

    If curious:
    look at these search results:
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=video+vertigro+algae+5min&btnG=Search
    and notice that one result (currently near the bottom of the page) has a thumbnail of the video that is on their page. I'm thinking that would be nice to be able to do that. :)

    Question:
    How does the webmaster do that?

    I was looking at some of the page's source code and noticed two things in the heading:
    1) <link rel="videothumbnail" href="xxxxxxxxx.jpg" type="image/jpeg" />
    <link rel="image_src" href="http://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.jpg" />
    2) "<!-- Start Scripts for NuConomy Please Don't tuch!! -->"
