How to get this type of Google results?

    I was wondering how to get the following Google results: when you google "viper chill" notice how the results show up with viperchill.com as the main result and 6 sub results (other pages on his website)

    What is this called? and what do you need to do to your wesite or submit to google to get these results for your website? mine is websitesuccess101.com and want those type of results when people google "website success 101" or "website success"

    I think creating a site with a Home Page and sub pages and using good keywords on all those pages would help. Also continue to create backlinks, add fresh content, and keep focusing on SEO to build up rankings for all of your site pages.

    as the guy above said. They are called sitelinks. This happens when a website holds the top position for a search for a few months.

    It is site links. Google recently started indexing inner pages with your home page for making yourself as a brand. They are trying to make search result more user friendly. When someone searches for your website on google then they will find the home page and other important pages which is ranking high for some keywords so people get to know that the other pages also have good information on your website. You can manage this site link by using your webmaster tool. There is one setting which called site links, use that setting and customize your search result as per your requirement.
