    1. add inner shadow, then select white as color and select lighten as blend mode.
    3. add stroke and select black as color.

    At first I wanted to explain it here but it's pretty easy so I'm including you my edit in jpeg and in .psd so you can easily edit the layer style by clicking onto the layer with right click > blending options and then play with the options. Cheers!
