how to get this effect in your processing

    Assuming your familar with Photoshop....

    Try:

    Brightness / Contrast = Contrast +25

    Then Adjustments Curves, something similar to this.

    Filter Distort, Lens correction, Vignette +50 - 50

    Brightness / Contrast = Contrast +15

    Image adjustments, photo filter, Sepia 50%

    Example below...
