    Hello..
I have to format my PC and install Windows 7 on it now.
Got to take the backup of my outlook's mail file, which is the outlook.pst

But not able to copy it to my pen drive .. :(

Whats the best way to keep a copy of it ??

    Its more than 1320 MB...

never done something like that, still here's a few quick things i can think off,

    1) use a file splitter and split the big file into 2 - 3 parts and write it on a cd or pen drives... then join them once you have installed the new windows.
    2) write it on a DVD
    3) just format c drive and do not make partitions, backup c drive files into the other drives of your harddrive and install windows in C drive,
    4) make a online backup... would take ages to upload lol

    cheers!

Other option you can use is just buy a new bigger size pen drive. Even a 4GB pen drive is so cheap nowadays.

Not sure but there are problems with the pen drives. I copy the contents on it and it won't work on another machine.

And now my pen drive seems to have lost its life. Its way a Sony Pen Drive.

You Mean You Are Unable To Copy That Only To Pendrive Or Any Other Drives Too,

Drive making A Backup Again And This Time Save It Directly To pendrive,

Once When I did I just Copied The Content Of Outlooks Temp File Means From Application Data or Local Settings Dont remember Exactly

There must be something wrong with your pen drive .
Any files can be stored in pen drives, why can't the outlook files ?

I find this link related to your error code : http://office-outlook.com/outlook-forum/index.php/m/109589/
