How to get these sort of banners

    I am trying to make a banner like this one on this site http://www.appfolio.com/ or this site http://www.instance.com/
    I see this in may sites with a screenshot of the site or product on a laptop/macbook. I need to make one like this
    Is there any easy way to do this...
    Please help me out i really need to get this done in a day...

    Open photoshop + Paste screen shorts + ctrl+u + change color and mask text with color + save thats it.

    Yeah, just copy and paste what someone else designed, change the colors and call it yours. I'm sure that'll go over very well...
