Ive already done the SEO part of it.optimizing the page getting inbound links The thing that really concern me is the true customer that im really targetting. An organization like yours can be promoted and receive a lot of online trraffic. try for: PPC campaigns points per click ,this is what the most sucessful alternative for any organization .you pay certain amount to the search engoine on every click link that you get from a search engine. E mail marketing one can send , emails to target the customers directly.this will proivde a better response . and many more.. so stay in touch.
You have to attach a forum IMO to that site. When people are trying to figure out immigration laws they ALWAYS have questions. In turn those common questions will bring in a lot more people when they are indexed.
try researching into what other similar sites have done / are doing, join there forums and see whats going down there, get some ideas etc
search engines for one but also look for forums and other information websites that are in your keyword category and advertise on there site. just look at it as if you were trying to find the site on the web. A good way to see is to ask someone with little web development knowledge and see what terms, keywords, and websites where they will be able to find your site on the net.
