hey guys could you help me out? I have been searching and searching websites but what i want to do is make a survey website where i pay the people 50 percent of what i make every time they fill out a survey. I want to find a CPA affiliate network that will allow me getting paid for them doing surveys for half the money. Does anyone know where i can find one? Or do the normal cpa affiliates allow it already?

Is it a trusting network I do not want to be scammed or anything or get sold my address or anything. Also how many offers do you have and about how much do they ppl or cpa about what is the range of cost?
