I have never worked hard(or medium) before, nor at school, nor at my previous job(that lasted a few weeks before I got fired). However.. Ideas are a piece of cake for me, I get them all the time. Sometimes it turns out to be bad, sometimes to be better. But I even filter the good away, just because I can't stand to submit another site to 3000 directories and create the content. Sometimes, I start them but I rarely ever finnish them out. I get new ideas and get tired on the idea I'm working with. How to keep out the new unrelative ideas when you work with an old idea?
Luckily for SumitBahl, beer will be less expensive now in Chandigarh because of recent changes in the government licensing system.
ohhh... YES, you are absoluetely right. Man!!! How did you know??? Some people even in Chandigarh dont know about it?? If its just GK, then you can easily replace wikipedia/BBC/CNN. EDIT: These days a 650ml bottle of beer (Fosters, Heikenen) costs 0.661230 USD.
I think this happens to everyone? It definitely happens to me. I can be working on a project which takes 2 or 3 months, during which time I get another 5 project ideas - it doesn't stop. I think it's a good problem to have, but can get really frustrating when you're not a patient person. I normally find that reading books on marketing helps my motivation with old projects - it gives me new ideas on stuff I may have missed or angles which I haven't covered. Most importantly though it revives the drive to keep working on them.
You know what you really should start doing is make small objectives for yourself. Things like, tomorrow I will finish the template and will not start anything else until that is done. After you start finishing some projects “goals†you’ll feel better about yourself and be more motivated to finish other delayed projects. Don’t leave for tomorrow what you can do today
sleeping just takes too much time. If you sleep something like 8 hours per day then you will sleep 1/3 of your life, that sucks, so it si better not to sleep
The Creed of the Sociopathic Obsessive Compulsive 1. If anything can go wrong, Fix it! (To hell with Murphy!) 2. When given a choice – Take Both! 3. Multiple projects lead to multiple successes. 4. Start at the top then work your way up. 5. Do it by the book…but be the author! 6. When forced to compromise, ask for more. 7. If you can’t beat them, join them, then beat them. 8. If it’s worth doing, it’s got to be done right now. 9. If you can’t win, change the rules. 10. If you can’t change the rules, then ignore them. 11. Perfection is not optional. 12. When faced without a challenge, make one. 13. “No†simply means begin again at one level higher. 14. Don’t walk when you can run. 15. Bureaucracy is a challenge to be conquered with a righteous attitude, tolerance for stupidity, and a bulldozer when necessary. 16. When in doubt: THINK! 17. Patience is a virtue, but persistence to the point of success is a blessing. 18. The squeaky wheel gets replaced. 19. The faster you move, the slower time passes, the longer you live.
Great points Will. These were the best: If you can’t beat them, join them, then beat them. Start at the top then work your way up. When in doubt: THINK!
I can only handle one thought at a time. I only have one braincell, I'd better get pregnant fast so it wont be lonely.
I think having new ideas is a good thing. U shldn't be working on getting rid of them or keeping them out
Yes, you should write them all down and prioritize each one. Then, you only invest your time and efforts into the ones that you have prioritized.
