Thanks for the tips, my signature is empty because for some reason it still goes to the signature broken page. I've been here over seven days and have over 10 posts?

First of all, content has nothing to do with PR, so can you stop commenting about content???
Secondly, you need links to get PR, submit to directories (even though people think they are useless), but from my experience I got PR3 from them (serp was really rubbish though).
All I can say is don't waste your time on manual directory submission (it's not worth it), I used Directory submitter and submitted to about 2,000 directories (I got approved at 550), I'm not telling you to get it but from my point of view they provide 350 free submissions thus take it and leave it, don't pay them.

It's a matter of building quality links for your site. You can boost your PR through forum posting, link exchange, directory submission, etc. Better avoid linking with bad neighborhood.

 

go to blogger.com or wordpress.com (or both) and set up a free blog. Then write something related to your site and put links to your site (include deep links)...this should help a lot because they are quality, relevent links

 

also make anoter site to help your primary sites more popular...you can add link to your primary site in the secondary site....

 

I recently had a new site go from PR0 to PR1 during the last google update and it was mostly thru directory submits... and I did the wordpress blog thing linking back to my site. Also did some blog comments on any dofollow blogs that was even remotely related to my niche...

I have a friend that went from 0 to 2 with only 6 backlinks... Five was Pr3 an above and was all one way no recip... So a few quality incoming links can get you there much quicker

Hi, i suggest u to choose, your important keywords first!! Add content related to your keywords.... add 2 or 3 html pages related to your keywords, if possible. Pages should be properly optimized(ATO, Inter linking etc).
Then do directory submission.... Start link building.... create some accounts on SMO sites.... and just wait!!
your pr will be increased guaranteed.
