Sorry I have to post this question here, have no place else to go. I had withdraw $300 from my paypal account on September 13th, but according to my bank, they never received the fund from paypal. And, I also do not receive any notification email regarding the withdrawal. But after two days, the withdrawal shown as completed and when I check on my bank account, the money is not there. I'd contacted my bank account and they said they do not received any money from paypal and asking me to contact paypal and ask them to trace the money for me. I already sent 2 emails to paypal since 3 days ago but have yet to receive any reply from them I have no idea what else can I do to get support from them or at least hear some word on the status of the withdrawal. Anyone else face similar problem before and I'll really appreciate if you could suggest what should I do. thanks
My biggest concern is that if you don't have any records of the trasaction occuring then neither would PayPal. However, you can make a claim to PayPal as they have no data based on what happened to that money, while all your information should state that there was $300 in your account. It may take a while, but they should help you.
I have a record on the transaction, listed in transaction history including transaction ID. The problem is, normally each time I withdraw money from paypal, I'll receive notification email from paypal, but not for this one. But the transaction already show as completed two days after I made it. My biggest concern right now is why paypal support doesn't not answer my email to them. At least one word from them will make me breath easier but I haven't heard anything from them yet, 4 days now.

I've never have problems withdrawing money, but a couple of times I have not received those PayPal notifications you are talking about. In accordance with their own terms If your bank does not accept PayPal, maybe your money is on your way back.

I've done few withdrawal before without any problem. Infact, after that transaciton, I'd make another withdrawal on September 19th, and the fund transfer to my bank account without any problem
Ok now this seems strange. Something probably went wrong along the way. Hopefully the money would show up in your bank account or paypal account. I am sure that Paypal should have some paper trail for that transaction. Have them talk to your bank.
I also have a problem with Paypal , I have confirmed my US Bank account. However, my account states also is Unverified. 2 E-mail sent to paypal for 4 days now, but no response. And suggestion ?
Kam, are you from the US ? if you are not, I believe you need to verify with a credit card but you can just withdrawl to a local bank or a US bank account. Paypal usually takes about 5 days to reply based on my experience. It would be faster to just call them.
Yeah their email support is really slow and the case can end up in the hands of more than one rep which confuses everything.
