Better you need to register you affiliate program on affiliate networks. Then only you can get more affiliates.
There's really no one simple way to recruit super affiliates for your product. It takes a balanced and multi faceted approach. For starters you'll want to provide as much as possible for your affiliates in the form of marketing materials, banners, landing pages, email templates, keyword lists... the more the better. Even better yet is to run your own internal promotions of your product and release the full data to affiliates proving to them how much money they can make. As far as meeting them, you can proactively find them online through competitive research, forums etc. Or somewhat more effectively by going to industry conventions and local affiliate meetups.
If you are selling ebook or digital product, try clickbank. You probably get highest affiliates. If you want to get directly, you may start advertising and keep seperate affiliate panel and may be affiliates register with you directly.
I agree, possibly not the answer you would like to hear but attracting super affiliates takes time, effort and work, thats why its a full time job
The 'build it and they will come' mentality of just joining an affiliate network and expecting instant success is the reason so many products fail. The vast majority of products, especially on a network as open as Clickbank, sit there with next to no sales at all. A lot are for great products too. I've seen far too many products fail in affiliate networks because the merchant doesn't understand or manage their program properly. Without the proper tools, recruiting, support and relationship management you don't stand a chance.

Affiliate networks is probably a quick way of accessing some larger affiliates but super affiliates tend to only work direct (from my experience in the sports betting industry). The best way of creating relationships with super-affiliates is long term networking so no quick fix here.
