No, there's no correlation between location, facebook username and ISP.

Some people will get an email from their ISP but I'm eternally surprised by what some people choose - impossible to guess.

facebook used to give you an email address but doesn't seem to anymore

Have you tried just asking them? Or phoning their company and asking for it?

    thank you for the interaction
I'm going to use my friends email for marketing purposes, and I think that the idea of asking them for their email sounds weired to them- nobody gonna give out their email or any personal info for this reason. That's why I'm asking here for other tricks
    my regards

You're not much of a friend then are you?
What's wrong with using your own email?

Use your own email for "marketing purposes"
If this isn't someone you are close to why would you want to use theirs?

    I suspect foul play.

I assumed he was gonna use the email(s) to promote something. But as already stated, there is no way to access a person's email based on other information, because there is almost no correlation between those things. The only thing that might give you a hint is if you know where he works - most work-emails is a version of or similar. Usually it's also quite easy to get a view of how they assign emails by sending something to the customer service, asking for the address for PR, HR, director something etc.
