There is always an iTrader thingy you can use if you are not satisfy dealing with any member here. But DP never involves in members personal disputes.

    From the FAQ
    DON.

If he won the auction and would like to retract his bid, then thats not a problem. Post a reply in the thread that the auction is still going, or sell it to the highest bidder after that guy...

    Good advice.
As long as there's been no exchange of goods/services then there's no problem.
I always say it's like walking around a shop: am I a fraudster if I put something in my basket and then put it back on the shelf before paying for it?
    Bollocks.

No, but what if you go to a fight for a item which the shopkeeper just has a single piece and he agrees to give it to you. After another buyer goes away, and the person who was fighting for it refuse to pay ???

Same thing happened to me. A guy just BINned my site in my signature and he is not replying from past 2 days though he checks my PM regularly.
Thanks for idea, I will leave a -iTrader for him.
But will it to okay because I have not traded with him ?

First, you cannot "get someone banned." We don't ban on request, and we don't mediate private business disputes.

Because they won the auction based on the auction terms that were set, the deal began (unless you didn't name an end time and just randomly decided to close it or something). Therefore, you may leave them negative iTrader if you want (but know that they can leave iTrader for you as well). But remember that iTraders are forever. 2 days is awfully quick to go getting yourself worked up. Just because someone's online, it does not mean they're constantly checking PMs. If you leave negative iTrader and you later work things out, you cannot change it or remove it.
