Hi, I want to add social counters like in this image on my wordpress blog. its live on this website - http://www.wpblogtips.com/ I searched wordpress for social counters, but didn't get any like this. I want it to show counters as well as add the like/follow/subscribe buttons.

you didn't get...I want the COUNTERS for stats of my websites twitter, facebook, feed accounts, not for individual pages...I want to display these stats as widget in sidebar.

I already asked him, he's not replying I would have bought it for $4, but because I am from India I can't pay with paypal and my card is not accepted by international websites....but thanks, now at least I know the name of the plugin.
