How to get social bookmarking buttons

I've noticed many sites that have buttons where people can click on them and then Furl, Digg, Del.icio.us, Reddit,Yahoo or whatever the site/page.
How is this done? How can I add something similar to my site, is there some kind of script?

I use notable on mine, works very well, very simple to use. If it is for your blogspot one, go to http://www.keotag.com/sociable.php and enter the permalink tag in the url field, the title tag in the title field, and copy it into your template.

Thanks guys. The correct term for them are "bookmarklets". I've found what I was looking for. Just goes to show that you are never to old to learn something new...

Create chicklets/bookmarklets

The above link provided me with the necessary links. However they are really only usable for statitc URL's.
