Its quite difficult to get a high uncompetitive keyword in Rank 1 position within week after several changes to search engine algorithms.

 

Really not possible these days, google would see it as incredibly "unnatural" and you would be booted off pretty quickly

Try focusing on lower competition or long tailed keywords. It is much easier to get ranked and you can probably do that within a week or two. High competition is almost impossible to do quickly.

 

I think this is a joke lol.. This is impossible to get in a weak. You can get some good ranking using low competitive keywords.

This is impossible to get ranked in a week. If you choose high competition keyword that take a time naturally one to six months to get ranking in first page.

 

It is possible if you spend $$$$. But for how long you will stay on top cannot be guaranteed. For better and permanent ranking you need to spend lots of time and little money.

The only way I can imagine someone ranking number 1 for a highly competitive keyword in such a short time is with the use of aggressive Black Hat techniques and then you'd likely only be at the top for a week at most. Even Black Hat techniques probably would be enough to ensure you ranked in at number 1 for such a keyword.
