Go to feedburner and then create your account. They are going to provide you with your rss url to display on your site.

is this an HTML/PHP site or blog?

If it's a blog like wordpress just add the "feed" at the end of your URL. www.yourdomain.com/feed

if it's a static HTML/PHP site you'll need to convert it to a feed first. Just Google "html to rss" and you'll find some options.
