i am in a situation i don't know what to do and how to get rid of it
a client hired me on oDesk for a hourly job after when i completed the task he asked me to refund, i refused as i have completed the task.
he put a dispute which o won and oDesk released the funds
after that he started abusing me saying i hacked his site..
well i had his server access details he provided me to complete the task but what i could do was delete his site but i knew that its useless because he will get a back up from hosting company so i did not do anything.
later he started complaining to oDesk and they suspend my account
i contact oDesk that why they suspend my account but they refused provide details.
i tried a lot to clarify him that i don't need to hack your site as it is useless i could not do anything.
i am also not on expert level where i can hack a site.
he still abuses me and says he will put me in jail
his site's income source was google adsense i knew that he is violating adsense policy placing more then 15 ads on a landing page
i created a thread here at DP in adsense section to get attention of experts this is the only thing i did and he caught.
but he think i hacked his site therefore he lose his revenue at all.
Now i am afraid because from a friend of mine who is his employee on oDesk he have all of my personal details like my name, my address where i live etc
and he says he will put me in jail.
i am afraid because i don't understand why odesk suspended my account without giving me a chance to clear my position
    what i do now ?

There is no need to be afraid of anyone when you did nothing wrong.
First, you need to find (read through his abusive conversation) what his exact problem is and try to show proof that contradicts his claims. Second, have all these proofs and contact odesk customer support to reinstate your account.
You are worrying too much. I highly doubt that he has all your details, he may be just bluffing. Anyways, even if he has all of your details, what will his complaint be? Don't worry, just relax.

Why don't you just contact him and try to explain everything? The issue as I understand it is that he assumes that you have hacked, and clearly you did not. Your mission then ought to be to convince him of this.
I have always found that one on one personal interaction is the way to go first. Only when this has completely failed would I consider legal counsel.
In the meantime if you are innocent of any wrong doing, then you ought to try and relax a bit.

"I am not a regular person..." this pretty well tells me that you are dealing with someone who isn't stable. Creeps like this are a dime a dozen on the internet. I've run into them and not one has ever followed through on their threats.
Keep your e-mails and ignore. This person is a joke...I suggest you start laughing as opposed to worrying. Good luck to you with all.
