At the bottom of most of the emails you are receiving there should be a "Stop Subscription" button. If you have tried this on all of the ones you do not what to keep getting and you are still receiving them, you might have to make a new email address.

I use mail.com mail service and they have an excellent spam filter. I rarely get spam. When I do, I just mark it as spam and emails from that user will be filtered. I highly recommend them.

Spam gets out of control as you grow. You'll find it's almost easier just to keep deleting. We get literally hundreds a day. There isn't time to unsubscribe from them all or add them all to a list anymore. Just delete, delete, delete. Make sure your anti-virus is up to date and strong!

Just opt out whenever someone sends you an email.
