I have joined with google adsense and now I am receiving 250 visitors per day to may blogs. (two blogs) But the problem is google shows low bid ads on my site. I receive 0.01-0.20 USDs per click. Even from my tech blog they show them. how to avoid cheap ads.

Well, it could be a problem that SOME people are making ad campaigns with flashy titles, and some people click them, finding out websites are not what they did expect (kinda RINGTONES NOW!!) they leave.
And google records that traffic from your blog sends not quality traffic. Because google doesn't think that the websites they advertise is crap.
So you have to find osme kind of list in the internet, with websites of this kind, and add them to your "competitors" in google adsense.

I don't think so. You have the rights to ban your competitors but we all block the MFAs and you can also find a list in DP.

If your ads are not high-paying, it may be your niche is a low-paying niche. Getting rid of advertisers won't help. In fact, it might just pop up lower-paying ads. You would be better to examine your keywords and your niche to get better ads.

Make your niche worthy enough to invite high paying ads along with a higher eCPM, although it depends on the source (country) of traffic :)

yeh, you need to change the your niche.
use high paying keywords on your blog, that help to pull, high paying ads.
key words like, insurance, loans, etc pay well, search on google for high paying key words. you will find quite a lot.

then target these keywords in your posts.

    :)
