    If you are a woman: eat some chocolate
    If you are a man: get drunk

    Make an anonym donation or give a charity - that helps for feelings, especially if you do not tell anyone about it, but keep it as your small secret;)

    If that did not help, well, accept it as it is - be in a bad mood and remember: tomorrow is a new day, and you will get better :)

    When I am not in the mood I usually lock myself in my room. I will only go out once I am ready to talk to people. In short, I need some time alone to get rid of bad mood:)

    I play World Of Warcraft when I'm in a bad mood..

    But some things in that game are frustrating so it just puts me right back in the bad mood.

    I usually smoke a cig or a spliff, usually calms me down. If not, I get in a zen headspace and relize in the infinite kozmos, I am nothing, and everything at the same time!
