    You can ask for feedback and/or reviews - you just shouldn't suggest a tone (i.e. "Write us a good review") and you shouldn't give an incentive or reward (i.e. "Write a review and we'll give you a month of free hosting").

    There is nothing wrong with asking for feedback which is all a review really is.
