    Hi

whats the best way to get relevent ads on your site?

Does having a strapline just above the adsense ad help?

Good trick is add Newsreel on your site, like in Blogspot where you will input the keyword related to your site. This somewhat helps on indexing more what your site is all about.

The following tips will help you to locate relevant ads on your web site pages:
    1. Reconsider the keywords you have in the meta section, page titles and content of your web site this will help AdSense to place relevant ads.
    2. If you want to get particular ads on a page which should be different from the main theme of the web site then I would recommend that you scan words which are repeated in your headers, sidebars, menus and change undesirable words.
    3. Keep in mind that you may see different ads on your web site from your side because advertisers use geo targeting.
    4. If you get irrelevant ads it means that your web site is not old enough and at the beginning you may get social non-paid ads. Or use a tool for blocking irrelevant ads for example Google’s Competitive Ad filter.
    5. Think about the right positions for your ads. It is simple as you see ads during a prime time on TV or listen to the radio while driving a car.

Even if you use relevant keywords, you won't get relevant ads if your content is nonsense... I say create unique articles with relevant keywords.

I challenge you to find a thread where you have given help to others.... you could help us all with a thing called a razor blade and apply it to your wrists but please always down the street not across...

oh shit, look what i've found. I'm surprised its recent. Pretty high level idea but I didn't bash him on page 2.

And I challenge you to look up my replies from my early days when this place wasn't full of shitty noobs. Oh nevermind you can't go back few years before.

And what's wrong with my previous reply? Do you actually think a crappy site will matter what ads you got? No body will even see them with no body visiting it.

Oh by the way if you bothered to use the SEARCH? Nahh....

But I've found similar threads created like this one:

I am not saying that adsense newbies are not welcome, just that try to search about this kind of info here on DP or on Google before starting a thread about it...

just concentrate on your niche, because ads are depending upon the niche of your site only
