My Account gets suspended as one of websites I am advertising about has non unique landing page contents or something that violating the rules of adwords, is there any chance to appeal for reinstated for account to make it active again?
I am sorry that you can not reinstate your suspended account, you only can reactivate your account if you cancel it on your own. You might find it useful to read my thread on this exact issue: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1967224 Basically, it is virtually impossible to meet their requirements once you are suspended.
What you have to do is fix whatever Google has an issue with. Once you do, ask them to re-evaluate. If you pass, your account will be un-suspended.
Accounts suspended by Adwords are almost never reinstated. The rare instances that I did see them come back to life were when they were accounts that were linked erroneously to other accounts. I doubt they suspended you due to duplicate landing pages; all that normally does is kill your QS. I'd guess it was something bigger... check their TOS/Guidelines to see what may have occurred so you don't run into problems again.
