How to get reincluded on G ?

I developed one of my domain as a URL shortener.
It seems someone used it to spam other websites (i really hate this kind of user) and the victim reported it to G.

Now my site is not included on G.
However, it is not a URL shortener anymore.
I develop it to other kind of web.
I have requested consideration several times, but still, no reply, even an automated reply and my web is not included on G, yet.

For anyone who has the same experience as me (dropped from G), how long do you wait until you get at least a single positive reply from G?

Its a red flag for URL shortener webmaster, imho.

They will never reply to you. All you can do is explain what has happened and why you should be included, and then send the the re-inclusion request.

Even if your site has removed all traces of whatever got you banned you may not be reincluded if the person reviewing your site feels that the content does not substantially add value to the index. If for instance there are 20 other sites providing similar content you may never be added. Google wants unique content on each site, hence the duplicate content issue.

Seems to me that it would be much easier to park that content under a new un-banned domain.

    Good luck

Its unique, already getting decent visitors, not MFA, and the bad thing is i have already promoted it.

Parking it is not my option.

However thanks for the suggestion. :)

Or you can buy another domain (they are pretty cheap) and shift your content over. Like another person said, if you submit a request to Google chances are they won't get back to you, but that was an unfortunate situation, sorry that happened.

There is no other way apart from adding your site to Google Webmaster Tools and sending a re-inclusion request through it.

Go to webmaster tools and email them by explaining what happened, hope it works out for you.
