So I'm looking for some traffic sources To get cheap USA real visitors. The problem with places like adfly is it's mostly warez people trying to hide downloads ie non money spenders. Payper click is too costly on Adwords what would you guys suggest?
You may try Bing Ads to get USA visitors at low budget. I personally use bing and never had any problem.
I've never used adfly but I'm curious to know what you mean by the above 'hide downloads'. As for the 'non-money spenders', you'd be surprised how many of those actually go on to buy something from you, if you offer them something worthwhile. If you can increase your list by the cheapest means possible (apart from organic traffic), then it's worth doing so. The tyre-kickers of today may well be your paying customers of tomorrow.

Ugg I see two people said SEO but then you are dependent upon the all mighty Google........ SEO unless local is loke chasing your tail - local seo is still simple but trying to target the USA in general will not be easy.... I was hoping for the holy grail myself when I read your post ctpalmer2....
I recommend Bing Ads, but use a landing page to keep clicks super cheap. You can also try propelmedia or leadimpact.

Am I the only one to think that really cheap and high converting in terms of US traffic are oxymorons?
SEO is a long term solution, and the results can change because of Google and Bing's frequent update.
Bing Ads are cheaper than Google but not exactly cheap. Facebook is cheaper but seems to work best for lead capture, etc.
