    try to submit your site to the over 20 000 directories list :) if you get 1 click from all of them this means 20K links in the month :)

    Without backlinks you can't get rankings ...

    Anyway you anounce it in webmasters forums and post it in webdirectorys lists ...

    Where you take all this information from? Copied from the web or write by yourself?
    Generally these sort of directories are not very supported by SE. If you don't really understand what you should do - try to work with more simpler websites...
