I do not see any problem with that post. He has started a SEO service but he needs help. You can never know everything about SEO. You have to start somewhere. Anyway I would like to give you some tips:

1- Use your special keywords in your website
2- Everyday fresh content with your targeted keywords
3- Add your website to free links directories
4- Add your unique article with your keywords into the Article Directories
5- Use the system A to B, B to C, C to D and D to A linking in your website
6- You should have lot of internal links and all links to each other
7- Do not forget to use H1, H2, H3 for your contents
8- Use your targeted keywords in your Titles with H1
9- Never frames and iframes
10- Do not use lot of tables

There are many other ways but those are for starting.
