How to get ranking in France or Germany got a .com site?

    Hi, i have a .(dot)com and .(dot) travel website, and i want to promote my website in France and Germany.

    so, what would be the process to get my website to rank in France and Germany search results?

    do i have to submit my website in france or germany directories? will my website will get approval if i submit my website in english in France or Germany directories or i have to submit it in directory local language?

    plz help me out this.

    try getting links from Germany hosted or France hosted sites/directories and from .de .fr domains
