How to get ranking for the Internal pages?

    I want to know that how to get ranking for the internal pages of a website in search engines.?

    Secondly, how to get incoming links for the internal pages?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    You basically answered your first question with your second question - get links to internal pages and keep promoting your home page.

    To answer your second question - buy links, trade links, write valuable content to encourage linking to your internal pages.

    Use appropriate title and meta tags for your internal pages, use appropriate internal linking also.

    link the internal pages from the home page, else make some categories, and link them. somehow the google bot has to find a link from the home page to the internal pages, other wise you won't get better ranks.

    generally it is not too tough, if you have a pr5 home page, then pr3-4 internal pages are quite expected. get some unique contents, and try to link them from a few free sources, like article writing etc, and you will get a good rank on the internal pages.

    try maintaining a sitemap!:)
