    my site http://www.hireprofessionalwebdevelopers.com/ is ranking top 5 on Google.com for Hire PHP Developers but i want to rank this site on top 3 for the same keyword.

    i need your suggestions.
    what things should my SEO team need to do to get rank this site on top 3?
