How to get quality traffic

I just want to know that how to get quality traffic.

With Which kind of sites should i exchange links because all, I've heard that :"more quality backlinks - more quality traffic".

And in this context is paid links are useful.

You should not exchange links at all unless you they are sister sites somehow. Its too dangerous.

And paid links are useful if you get it from the right source. In this case I am assuming that you know how to evaluate a link.

Firstly don't exchange links that's an old school method of building links and will only get your site into trouble with the search engines.

As for increasing traffic there are various ways, SEO, SEM, Social marketing offline marketing, Networking.

Promote your site on different exclusive exclusive social media like FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and so on.

 

I am not that much big expert in that digital marketing are, but here are my thoughts: -

Do -
Build backlinks through Directory Submission and Free Ads
Develop an interest in your topic over social media
Go kind, free and do or let your site provide something free...
Spend money on advertising only if you have (Cut your extra expenses, and invest that money of ads)

Do not do -
Link Exchange
Take Spamy Service to increase twitter followers, fb fans, or site pageviews
Do not ping much

You can get what you are seeking for but it takes time. In my suggestion your first priority should be your audience. If you give your audience quality content so they will return to your website again and again.

 

From my point of view you should promote your website on other Social Media Sites.And do blog commenting on that blogs which related to your website.Your content should be good in quality.
