How to get quality traffic?

    One can attract quality amount of traffic if the site has quality content and a good page rank.

    Page rank can be improved by SEO services which will really give a boost to your site and thus good traffic.
    *Press release submissions
    *Social bookmarking
    *Article writing and submissions
    *do-follow comments

    most of the time free tracking is not reliable.. best is to go for paid service to get value for money, just to make sure you don't end up loosing up traffic
