hi, i have a news website i want quality links from different news sites like timesofindia, hindustantime etc but they are not doing link building and most of the sites are not exchanging links so how can i get good baclinks from quality site plz suggest???
Try to look for Directories with News Categories, also use your site as your sig. Try to contact them from time to time and eventually they'll add yours. =)

You need to make sure you have quality content otherwise people won't link to it at all. Make it easy for people to digg, del.icio.us, stumble, and technoriti your content by including the links on your site. Participate in forums and other discussions related to your niche. Comment on blogs related to your niche and make sure you include your site's link. You reap what you sow...The most important thing is having quality content on your site.

Link from high PR site The best way to build links is probably a link bait because it's free and it's unique. If you somehow come up with good idea so that people want to link to your site, that's the fast and most effective way to build links. You don't need to look for links, but links coming to you. The 2nd best method probably is to buy links. Read my old thread about buying links here. You can also use other free resources, but many free ones are usually not good quality.
