How to get proper permission

I have a site and I want to put a picture of a few girls posing (non-X-rated) at the top corner because it goes along with the theme. I've talked to the girls and they are fine and eager to do it, but they live really really far away so they would have to send me an electronic version of the photo.

The thing is, my site has a comment box which is used a lot, and surely people will comment good things and bad things about those girls.

I don't want to get sued for defamation, what proper waiver do I need them to sign (like what do I have to write on it), and when they sign it, do I need them to get it notarized, do they have to send me a hard copy, or can they simply just all sign it and email it to me?

    Thanks for the help!

IMO, if the girls are not adults, you will have to get the waiver signed by a parent or by a legal tutor...

You can search for model releases on google and you're not responsible for the comments people leave.

Unless you really need a specific person for the image it would be much easier just to buy some images from a stock image site. It's cheap and removes the possibility of legal issues.
