    Yes you can get PR 9 if you create a website like MSN, Yahoo, Google, Bing or something equivalent.:D

    Make a website that is extremely useful and millions of people want to link to. For example, Statcounter.com, which is PR8.

    As Goy said, by the sounds of it you don't really get what your asking. It's not impossible at all, but it requires a really good idea, with a lot of determination and time. Good luck though.

    PR9 is basically the holy grail for SEO blokes. It's nearly impossible to reach without some kind of extremely high end content. Make Wikipedia 2 and you can be PR9. The good thing about this being so hard to reach is that it means we normal people can compete in the search results. We don't have to constantly deal with PR9s overshadowing us in the google hits.
