it's simple build more back links to your site through do follow blogging, and posting in forums like these. You need to develop a system and post every day and over time your site will continue to climb up the rankings.
Original, creative, and good content is the key. Without that, why would anyone link to you? Build the content and the good backlinks will come naturally.
PR is not the be all and end all, by the way. It has less of an effect on your search engine rankings than you might think. I have PR0 sites that outrank higher PR sites for some keywords. Just build good content, build links, and focus more on traffic than PR.
Do some submissions to free directories. There are a bunch of lists out there. You can get to a PR3 with only the free directories in my sig. Then you can increase it more by getting some other back links. If you have good content you can ask other webmasters for a link and those links will easily get you to PR4. PR5 is a little harder. The pages where I have a PR5 have come from doing what I mentioned above then having something that people REALLY, REALLY, liked so after contacting a few people the word got out and I started getting links from places I'd never heard of.
These are the best and I already proved it to my websites, which are Directory Submission, Forum Posting, Blog Posting, Blog Comments, Classified Ads and much more...

Easy bro. Trade links or get other backlinks from websites with only PR 6 or higher. Thats really the only way to do it. PR fails in comparison to high traffic serps.
Awesome content, link baiting, valuable site that people want to linik to. If your site is alreasy built then blogs are a good way to get backlinks. Anchor text is more important than the number of links.
Link Baiting is a good way to get natural backlinks - although it's pretty difficult to get right. Examples of good link bait are: - Articles with great titles like "What your mom never told you about money" - Free templates - Free wordpress / other open source software themes - Data mine something that people find useful (lists of directories, social bookmark sites etc) - Free tools (like seochat.com) - Free software (create some software, give it away for free - loads of backlinks) - Flash games - Funny videos - Great content or funny content like spoof news or like fake steve jobs - Give away amazing content for free (find out how to get ranked on Google in 1 day? write a blog/ebook about it) Just some suggestions that go beyond the old school methods of "submit to directories" Peter
