How quick can you achieve that PR? Is there any possible to do that? and how far you can go on that point?
that is a big question lol.. there are many factors.... but if you can get a high pr link to your site and its relevant to your site's subject then you will see change.
Good Content , Good Promotion on social sites and Hard work... thats it.. you will have to work very hard for it... BEST of LUCK
yea that is possible. on page optimization will have to be good. you have to have a lot of factors working for you
Social media and blog commenting, ignore if the links are nofollow or dofollow, they will bring you in both cases traffic, and traffic always means more links . Forget directories submission, they are deprecated now .
I got PR5 in less than a month and am still sitting there. I think the biggest boost was one post I had and submitted to reddit. It made front page and some 20 000 views that day. The post itself is PR6. So yea, good content, good promotion and a bit of luck.

If you mean a rather good position of your site in SERP, then take care of content quality of your site, work hard, and get backlinks. Depending on several factors , incl. competiton for your keywords, it may take a short time or a very long time.
You may achieve your pr3 in a month, but it may take longer for it to be displayed. You won't know if your site made a pr3 until google upates and that may be more than a month.
I hope that can happen... Because you only get your PR update when Google updates. BTW, maybe it's possible if have gained quality backlinks 1 month before the update.
Wow...Can't imagine myself achieving that feat. My best achievement is getting PR3 with two major updates.
How to get to PR3? Answer: Several dofollow links from high PR websites. Quite simple, yet not so easy.
If you are looking for PR3 then concentrate on building a couple of PR4 relevant links to your website. You will reach PR3 by the next update if all the link pages get cached.

I experienced to get PR4 for 1 1/2 month old blog that is close enough on scheduled major PR update, I got only few backlinks and I think the content is the one that counts on my Pagerank.
