    Find some relevant sites, email the webmasters politely and ask them if they want to exchange links with you. Also look out for people on here offering to review sites and ask them to review yours so you can get feedback, and backlinks, all in one go.

    You will also need one way links and not just reciprocal links. Try submitting to directories.
